1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used products (e.g., balloons that have been inflated or unsealed)
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh floral arrangements, edible party favors)
- Custom-printed or personalized merchandise
- Gift cards or e-certificates
- Clearance or final-sale specials, unless defective
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by phone of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Exchanges
- To exchange an item for the same item in a different color or size, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the preferred replacement is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
